To achieve this, we serve not only meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, but also an extensive wine list featuring wines of Argentinian origin.

For our steaks, we use only the finest Argentinian Black Angus and Hereford beef. This meat is known for its high quality and pure flavor. We carefully select the best cuts and make no compromises. Our cattle roam freely in the vast grasslands of Argentina, where they eat natural grass and herbs. They are not fed concentrated feed or artificial additives. During the journey from Argentina to our Argentinian restaurant in Wassenaar, the meat matures naturally under controlled conditions.
